In-house and external Product testing is done at various levels during the course of manufacturing in our laboratories

Applied research has more specific and directed objectives. This type of research aims to determine methods to address a specific customer/industry need or requirement. These investigations are all focused on specific commercial objectives regarding products or processes.

Testing Facility

To maintain our high standards we practise rigorous and strict protocol in selecting and testing our raw material, this is followed up to finished products and adhere to high quality delivery of products. In order to achive we have state of the art both physical and chemical analysis lab for all kind of raw materials we consume in our facility.

Physical analysis is done using Materials Testing; which is a well-established technique used to determine the physical and mechanical properties of raw materials and components. The main advantage of materials testing is that it gives you an understanding of how your product will behave whilst in use.

Understanding the strength or pressure that your sample can endure, therefore knowing its exact point of failure. We use strength in compression, ductility, hardness, size of material and Chemical analysis we have state of the art chemical laboratory in equipped with high temperature muffle furnace, heat beds, hot air oven,
